Car Parking Facilities:
On site parking is for incredibly limited and only for guests staying at the hotel. However, there are multiple car parks along the seafront, including the Regency Square Car Park and The Churchill Square Green Car Park, which are a very short distance from the venue.
Loading/Unloading:
We ask that any smaller traders please come through the main entrance of the holiday inn and walk through to the trader space, which will be on the right hand side after you pass the reception area. The Holiday Inn has Little Preston Street running alongside it. There is trader access part way along this road, where larger traders can load/unload. However, due to the road being narrow and there only being space for 1 vehicle at a time, we ask that you email us a week before the event if you need to use the trader access, so we can assign you a time to unload/load. You will need to be able to unload/load quickly, so we can make room for the next trader.
Trader Spaces/Wristbands:
Upon entering the venue, the tables will be marked down with your Name/Trading Name so you may easily locate your space. If you are in need of help, please contact one of our friendly members of staff and we will assist you.
During setup morning before doors open, team members will be walking around handing out wristbands to each trader. Please make sure you wear them for the entire time you are trading. Anyone not seen wearing wristbands/lanyard will be asked to leave for security purposes. (This goes for ALL traders and members of the public).
If you have any issues with your trader table, please contact a member of staff so we can address the issue before the doors open. Animangapop accepts no liability for issues regarding your purchased space after the event has taken place if you have not raised the issue before doors open.
If you wish to be placed next to a particular trader, you must let us know a week before the event and we will try to accommodate the request. No table changes can be made during set up.

*Shelving which impedes other traders/artists is prohibited on Artist/Central tables*
*The sale of any food and drink is prohibited. This is at the request of the hotel.*
*Your Company/Trading Name holds your own Public Liability Insurance*
*Please also note that any Artist(s) that wish to sell/distribute Fan-Art for a profit, then know that you do so at your own risk and could be asked to stop or be sued for copyright or trademark infringement by the licensee.*

*Please note, this number will not be in use anytime before Friday 10th September 2025 or after Saturday the 11th September 2025. Please also specify who you are and where you are trading, for example , “it’s John from Martian games, trading at Animangapop.“ Due to phone signals sometimes not being at their best in hotel venues, if you cannot get through, please leave a text message and we get back to you as soon as possible.
If you are having trouble or issues with your table or set up, please speak to one of our friendly members of staff and they will assist. There will be multiple members of staff on the convention floor during Friday, Saturday and Sunday set up/break down.
Setup/Breakdown times:
Saturday Setup:
Traders and artists will be allowed into the venue for set up from 7am. Set up must be completed by 10:30am, when doors to VIPs will open.
Saturday Breakdown:
Breakdown will begin from 18:00 and must be completed by 20:00.
Opening/Closing times:
Saturday Opening: Dealer hall will be open to the public at 10:30.
Saturday Closing: Dealer hall will close to the public at 18:00.

If you are not local to the area then below is some useful information which we hope will be useful:
Food and Drink: The hotel Is located on Brighton seafront, with a huge selection of restaurants and shops within walking distance.
Tools and supplies: There are multiple stationary store within Brighton, including Ryman Stationary, WH Smiths and The Works nearby. For tools and DIY, there is a Robert Dyas a short distance from the venue.
Getting there by other transport: If you do not have a car and are traveling to the location by public transport, it is possible to get into Brighton via train. Then just follow Queens Rd and West St, which will take you to the seafront. From there is is just a short walk to the hotel. There are also multiple bus services which stop along Western Rd, which is a short walk from the seafront.
