Car Parking Facilities:

Loading/Unloading:
The Liverpool Guild of Students has loading and unloading down Peach Street. There is a barrier you will need to pass through. If you need access to the loading/unloading space, please contact us by Thursday 30th April with your vehicle registration, so we can let the venue know to allow you access. Please email claire@animangapop.co.uk This area is for Loading and Unloading only, there is no parking allowed.
Trader Spaces/Wristbands:
Upon entering the venue, the tables will be marked down with your Name/Trading Name so you may easily locate your space. If you are in need of help, please find a member of staff, who can help you.
During setup, Team Members will be walking around handing out Wristbands to each trader. Please make sure you wear them for the entire weekend. Anyone not seen wearing wristbands/lanyard will be asked to leave for security purposes. (This goes for ALL traders and members of the public).
If you have any issues with your trader table, please contact a member of staff so we can address the issue before the doors open. Animangapop accepts no liability for issues regarding your purchased space after the event has taken place if you have not raised the issue before doors open.
If you wish to be placed next to a particular trader, you must let us know a week before the event and we will try to accommodate the request. No table changes can be made during set up.

*Shelving which impedes other traders/artists is prohibited on Artist/Central tables*
*The sale of any food and drink is prohibited without prior consent (permission has been given to the dedicated food and drink vendors only). This is at the request of the venue.*
*Your Company/Trading Name holds your own Public Liability Insurance*
*Please also note that any Artist(s) that wish to sell/distribute Fan-Art for a profit, then know that you do so at your own risk and could be asked to stop or be sued for copyright or trademark infringement by the licensee.*
*All Animangapop shows are strictly no A.I and penalties will be levied in the event of its discovery at the event depending on the severity of the offense. The penalty for a minor infraction (such as a one-off product) is the removal of the offending product for sale and a verbal warning. In the event of more severe infractions (such as multiple products or refusal to comply with instruction to remove offending products) will be required to forfeit your table(s) without refund.*

Setup/Breakdown times:
Friday Setup:
For this event we do not have Friday set up.
Saturday Setup:
Due to an event Friday night, Saturday setup will be from 08:00 till 10:30 only. This is done for safety reasons before allowing the general public into the dealers hall.
Saturday Breakdown:
For health and safety to the general public, Saturday breakdown will commence from 18:00.
Opening/Closing times:
Saturday Opening: Dealer hall will be open to the public at 10:30 for VIPs and 11:00 standard entry.
Saturday Closing: Dealer hall will close to the public at 18:00
Additional Information:
If you are not local to the area then below is some useful information which we hope will be useful:
Liverpool Guild of Students is located close to the center of the city, near the Royal Liverpool University Hospital and within a very short distance of bus stops and the nearby Liverpool Lime Street station.
For your food and drink needs, there are a few places just a few minute walk from the venue, including a Tesco Express, Costa and Subway.
If you require any DIY tools, there is a Screwfix and Toolstation on the Erskine Street Industrial Estate.
