Car Parking Facilities:
There is nearby street parking on the streets surrounding the hotel. Most have Sunday parking, but please check signage before parking for limitations.
Loading/Unloading:
The Royal National Hotel allows unloading in front of reception before 7:30am Sunday only. For larger traders, unloading is possible through the rear entrance. There is strictly no parking in the loading area once the show opens.
Trader Spaces/Wristbands:
Upon entering the venue, the tables will be marked down with your Name/Trading Name so you may easily locate your space. If you are in need of help, please find a member of staff, who can help you.
During setup, Team Members will be walking around handing out Wristbands to each trader. Please make sure you wear them for the entire day. Anyone not seen wearing wristbands/lanyard will be asked to leave for security purposes. (This goes for ALL traders and members of the public).
If you have any issues with your trader table, please contact a member of staff so we can address the issue before the doors open. Animangapop accepts no liability for issues regarding your purchased space after the event has taken place if you have not raised the issue before doors open.
If you wish to be placed next to a particular trader, you must let us know a week before the event and we will try to accommodate the request. No table changes can be made during set up.

*Shelving which impedes other traders/artists is prohibited on Artist/Central tables*
*The sale of any food and drink is prohibited, unless preapproved by the AMP team. This is at the request of the hotel.*
*Your Company/Trading Name holds your own Public Liability Insurance*
*Please also note that any Artist(s) that wish to sell/distribute Fan-Art for a profit, then know that you do so at your own risk and could be asked to stop or be sued for copyright or trademark infringement by the licensee.*
*All Animangapop shows are strictly no A.I and penalties will be levied in the event of its discovery at the event depending on the severity of the offense. The penalty for a minor infraction (such as a one-off product) is the removal of the offending product for sale and a verbal warning. In the event of more severe infractions (such as multiple products or refusal to comply with instruction to remove offending products) will be required to forfeit your table(s) without refund.*

*Please note, these numbers will not be in use anytime before Saturday 28th March 2026 or after Sunday the 29th March 2026. Please also specify who you are and where you are trading, for example , “it’s John from Martian games, trading at Animangapop.“ Due to phone signals sometimes not being at their best in hotel venues, if you cannot get through, please leave a text message and we get back to you as soon as possible.
Setup/Breakdown times:
Saturday Setup:
Due to the venue being an actively used location, we do not have Saturday set up for traders.
Sunday Setup:
Traders will be allowed inside for set up from 7:00am until 10:30am only. This is done for safety reasons before allowing the general public into the dealers hall. Sunday Breakdown: Breakdown will begin from 18:00 and must be completed by 20:00.
If there are any issues with your trader space, you must inform a member of staff before doors open to the public to allow us to assist in sorting out any issues.
Opening/Closing times:
Sunday Opening: Dealer hall will be open to the public at 10:30 for VIPs and 11:00 standard entry.
Sunday Closing: Dealer hall will close to the public at 18:00.

Situated in neighborhood of Bloomsbury, in the borough of Camden, Royal National Hotel is on Bedford Way and Woburn Place. With two entrances, a car park and 1 minute from Russell Square underground station - we are in the heart of the city center. Perfect for reaching other areas of the city within moments.
As well as the National Royal Hotel itself, there are a large number of nearby hotels.
There is a Tesco Express near the Russell Square station as well as a Waitrose just a short walk from the hotel. There are a variety of different restaurants all within a short walking distance.
