Car Parking Facilities:
The Future Inn has a limited amount of car parking space. Although the car park is a fairly decent size, please be aware that depending on other events happening at the venue, parking may be limited. You will need to register your car at reception.
If you are unable to find a suitable space, there is also The Red Dragon Centre larger car park within a few minutes walk of the venue, which are barrier controlled. Loading/Unloading:
The Future Inn has both a front and rear entrance. We recommend most traders using the front entrance, as this has the larger space for moving big displays in and out of the venue. If you require access through the rear entrance, please speak to one of our team and we will assist. The entire event is on the ground floor.
Trader Spaces/Wristbands:
Upon entering the venue, the tables will be marked down with your Name/Trading Name so you may easily locate your space. If you are in need of help, please find a member of staff, who can help you.
During setup, Team Members will be walking around handing out Wristbands to each trader. Please make sure you wear them for the entire weekend. Anyone not seen wearing wristbands/lanyard will be asked to leave for security purposes. (This goes for ALL traders and members of the public).
Reminder: If you have any issues related to your table (wrong type of table, not enough space, etc), please inform one of our members of staff before doors open on Saturday. We can only solve issues if you let us know.

*Shelving which impedes other traders/artists is prohibited on Artist/Central tables*
*The sale of any food and drink is prohibited, unless preapproved by the AMP team. This is at the request of the hotel.*
*Your Company/Trading Name holds your own Public Liability Insurance*

*Please note, these numbers will not be in use anytime before Saturday 1st July 2023 or after. Please also specify who you are and where you are trading, for example , “it’s John from Martian games, trading at Animangapop.“ Signal at certain venues can vary. If you are unable to get through by phone, please leave a text and we will get back to you.
Setup/Breakdown times:
Saturday Setup:
Saturday setup will be from 07:00 till 10:30 only. This is done for safety reasons before allowing the general public into the dealers hall.
If there are any issues with your trader space, you must inform a member of staff before doors open to the public to allow us to assist in sorting out any issues.
Saturday Breakdown:
Traders can start breaking down their tables from 18:00. For health and safety reasons, please do not start breaking down larger items before this. Traders must vacate the room by 20:00.
Opening/Closing times:
Saturday Opening: Dealer hall will be open to the public at 10:30 for VIPs and 11:00 standard entry.
Saturday Closing: Dealer hall will close to the public at 18:00.

If you are not local to the area then below is some useful information which we hope will be useful:
The Future Inn is located right across from The Red Dragon Centre, which is host to a variety of different restaurants. The hotel is also only a short distance away from the center of Cardiff, which has a huge selection of restaurants and shops, providing the majority of your table needs. On the outskirts of Cardiff as you come off the M48 and head into Cardiff on Newport Road, you'll find a wide variety of larger shops including Home Bargains, Dunelm, Morrisons and The Range.
Getting there by other transport: If you do not have a car and are traveling to the location by train the venue is a short walk from Cardiff Bay station, which is a short train ride from Cardiff Central. Alternatively, walking from Cardiff Central to the Future Inn hotel is 27 minutes, following Lloyd George Avenue.
