Trader Transfers
If you are wanting to re-sell your space to another trader you must follow these steps below.
- First raise a support case internally to our team stating the trader you wish to sell the space too.
- The trader in question must sign-up on our website and request the same space you are selling. If the event is sold out and the trader form no longer available to the public, we will send you a direct link to send to the new trader.
- When the new trader has signed-up, we will issue them with an invoice for £20.00 (which is the transfer admin fee). Once this is paid, the original traders space will be transferred to the new trader.
- We will then inform the original trader the process has been completed and the new trader is now in possession of that space at the event.
- Trader transfers can only happy up to 4 x days before setup. Any attempts to transfer after that will be null and void.
Failure to comply with any of the above will see the new trader unable to trade!
